Organic Beauty Products and Resources
I confess that I am a novice on this subject. My research has taken me to a few good sites that offer organic beauty
products and one good site to learn more about the products we currently use. I look forward to feedback in the
Forum from my readers on this topic to help me learn more.
Natural brands pack their products with high concentrations of antioxidants, botanicals, essential oils, fruit extracts, marine bio-actives, minerals, and vitamins. And look for ones that are USDA certified organic. The organics also contain fewer to no genetically modified organisms, parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, or triclosan.
I have compiled a starting list of makeup and beauty items that I am familiar with that also get low hazard ratings. And I am including a resource list that may help you do some of your own research and experimenting. Let me know what you find out so we can help educate more women on the advantages of organic beauty products. I will continue to research and add to the following list.
